Returns

We want to you to absolutely LOVE your purchase. If for any reason you do not, please let us know right away! We’re happy to issue a refund as long as the item is returned in its original condition and with tag(s) attached.

In the event that the tag is not present, we will deduct a 50% rental fee. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of items that appear to have been worn, are damaged or otherwise do not arrive in the same condition in which they were purchased.

To return an item online:

  • ONLINE: You have 14 Days for online purchases via Ebay’s Buyer Protection Program. Simply email us and specify the reason for your return along with the eBay item number. You will receive an email with detailed instructions on how to return your item via eBay’s hassle free return program. Learn more about it here

To return an item in-store: You have 7 days to return for store credit. Please request a return authorization by contacting us via email at modo.email@gmail.com.

If you’d like to consign an item you’ve purchased at Modo Boutique after you’ve worn it, that’s no problem! Please see our FAQ page for more information or learn more about how to CONSIGN.

*Please note that we are not able to accept returns without email return authorization and we are not able to issue refunds for items that appear to have been worn, are damaged or otherwise do not arrive in the same condition in which they were shipped.
